Citizens Energy Group’s advertising campaign during fiscal year 2022 is focused on the “we’re all citizens” tagline and showcases our employees on the job, in the community, and at home. The objectives of the campaign are to reinforce our brand image, demonstrate our customer-first culture, and promote our community outreach and involvement.

Through television commercials and print ads, our employees can be seen in the office, reading meters, and operating plants as well as serving the community by planting trees, cleaning up trash, and reading to children. In addition, employees are featured at home using the utility services we provide, such as natural gas and water. You can see examples of the campaign collateral on the Corporate Affairs iTrust site

The report shares stories of how the employees featured in the campaign are focused on enhancing our shared quality of life in Central Indiana. The dedication of Citizens’ employees is essential to everything we do. The ad campaign and annual report demonstrate our collective focus on the One Company, One Culture philosophy as we serve our customers and communities with unparalleled excellence and integrity.
