Citizens conducts inspections of these assets to identify, understand, and address system needs, especially for those assets nearing the end of their useful life. Inspections are completed via a handheld device, often a smartphone, to populate a digital inspection report and take images of the structure. Adam joined Citizens Energy Group as the Editorial Communications Lead in late February. Adam comes to Citizens with more than 20 years of corporate communications experience. Most recently he served as Marketing & Communications Manager for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Indiana where he spearheaded the creation of the organization’s first semi-annual magazine, Heart & Hearth. Prior to Ronald McDonald House, Lowe managed The Carnation, the membership magazine for Delta Sigma Phi, a men’s collegiate fraternity, where he served as Communications Director.
