Buchanan is one of 11 young professionals across Indiana chosen for the program based on demonstrated commitment to service and the potential to move Indiana forward. At the conclusion of the program, participants will be honored with a Jefferson Award.  **Ed Bukovac**, Director, Westfield Utilities, has been selected for the 2023 Hamilton County Leadership Academy, along with 34 other individuals who live or work in Hamilton County.   The 10-month community leadership program kicked off in mid-August with a two-day opening retreat.
