In this month’s wellness news, find out who was named the December Wellness Champion and our Healthy Holidays Virtual Wellness Challenge winners. 

**December Wellness Champion** 

Congratulations, **Kris Lang**, the December Wellness Champion! She struggled earlier in the pandemic with some extra pounds. She decided to make a change and signed up for Weight Watchers, utilizing the savings available to Citizens employees. She appreciates the online tools, accountability of logging food, and weekly weigh-ins, and has already lost over 15 pounds. Way to go, Kris!

**Healthy Holidays Virtual Wellness Challenge Winners** 

The goal of the Healthy Holidays wellness challenge was to maintain weight during the holiday season through physical activity. Participants tracked daily activity and were encouraged to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. 

The combined total active minutes for all participants was 56,431. That’s 940 hours or 39 days of activity!  

Congratulations to the three winners, pictured below left to right!   
First Place of $100: **Danny Hutson** – 6,387 active minutes 

Second Place of $75: **Stephen Mader** – 6,066 active minutes 

Third Place of $50: **Delmer Morris** – 4,882 active minutes
