Citizens Energy Group has selected a new benefits administrator. Instead of visiting BenefitSolver.com to make changes to benefits, employees will soon use a new portal to update HSA elections, dependents, beneficiaries, etc. The new portal is expected to provide a better user experience for Citizens and its employees. 

Until the new portal is available beginning September 1, please use the [Enrollment Change Form](https://itrust.citizensenergygroup.com/departments/humanresources/Benefit%20Plans/Enrollment%20Change%20Form.pdf) to make any changes to your HSA elections, if you have a qualifying life event and need to add/remove dependents from your benefits coverage, or if you want to update your beneficiaries. The Enrollment Change form can be found on the HR iTrust page under *Benefits **Plans & Forms* which is located under the *Benefit Documents *section on the left side of the page. 

As September 1 approaches, more details will be provided about how to log into the new portal, “bswift.”* *
