Using LiveHealth Online you can have a video visit with a board-certified doctor, psychiatrist or licensed therapist from your smartphone, tablet or computer from any location.
Your Anthem plan includes benefits for video visits using LiveHealth Online. Normally, you’ll just pay your share of the costs — usually $59 or less for medical doctor visits, and a 45-minute therapy or psychiatry session usually costs the same as a mental health office visit. But, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you can use LiveHealth Online at no cost through June 14.
