The purpose of a 6S event is to Sort, Store, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain to develop a Safer and more efficient workplace. Completing 6S events promotes a culture of continuous improvement, helps increase morale, and enhances the ability to do work more efficiently. Keep up the good work!
