A dozen areas achieved the highest recognition in the CLASS Levels of Quality and several employees have recently completed Yellow Belt, Advanced Yellow Belt, and Green Belt projects.   **Several Departments Earn Six Stars in Fiscal Year 2020** Congratulations to the following 12 areas for earning the highest recognition in the CLASS Levels of Quality: • Citizens Westfield • Gas Transmission and Distribution/Gas Supply • Energy Distribution Engineering • Environmental Stewardship • Information Technology • Plant Engineering • Shared Field Services • Underground Engineering and Construction • Wastewater Collections • Wastewater Plant Operations • Waste Distribution • Water Production/Water Quality Planning and System Control Due to COVID-19, areas will not be able to have group breakfasts or lunches to celebrate this accomplishment but will be given a certificate signed by President & CEO **Jeffrey Harrison**.
