Project to Last Approximately Three Weeks

INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Energy Group has closed a portion of the Fall Creek Trail to bicycle and pedestrian traffic due to work on its DigIndy Tunnel System project.

Cyclists, pedestrians and others using the trail will be directed around the closed portion of the trail via the Monon Trail and 30th St., and a temporary walking/bike surface in Fall Creek & 30th Park connecting back to Fall Creek Greenway.

Detour signage is in place and will remain through completion of the project, which is expected to be finished by Thursday, December 20.
