Work Continues on 12-Inch Cast Iron Water Main Break
INDIANAPOLIS – Kessler Boulevard East Drive will remain closed between Hillside and Crittenden Avenues through Friday's evening rush hour as crews continue to repair a broken 12-inch water main.
Eastbound lanes are expected to open by 8 p.m. Friday. One westbound lane will open after 10 p.m. Friday, with the other westbound lane opening Saturday morning.
