Simon’s Adam Reuille Joins Board of Directors
INDIANAPOLIS – Adam Reuille, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Simon, has been named to Citizens Energy Group’s Board of Directors. Selected by the Citizens Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors has primary oversight of the management team and long-term direction of the company.
Reuille has served as Simon’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since 2018. He joined Simon in 2009 as the Director of Corporate Financial Reporting and was promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2013.
He currently oversees teams responsible for SOX compliance; SEC reporting; corporate accounting and consolidations; public and management reporting and analysis; international financial reporting; global accounting policy development and compliance; external auditor management; and general project management of accounting and consolidation systems technology.
Prior to joining Simon, Reuille worked in the audit practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen for 12 years, with a primary focus on Fortune 50 public companies with global operations.
Reuille holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Indiana University and is a certified public accountant.
