Water Is Safe for Consumption
INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Energy Group has lifted the precautionary boil water order issued on Monday, August 12 for customers in the Nora area of Indianapolis due to a water main break resulting in low water pressure.
Citizens has completed testing required by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and confirmed that drinking water is safe and no longer needs to be boiled prior to consumption. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation.
Please share this information with all other people who may have been affected by this order, particularly those who may not have received this notice directly. You can do so by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand.
