Citizens Energy Group has closed eastbound E. Washington Street at Southeastern Ave. for a time-sensitive sewer repair. Crews will perform repairs until 3:30 p.m., open the road for evening rush hour, then continue work at 7:00 p.m. E. Washington St. will reopen before Thursday morning's rush hour.
Motorists should exercise caution in the work area and consider taking the identified detour route via Southeastern and State Avenues or other routes to avoid delays. We know road closures are disruptive, and we appreciate your patience as we complete this important work.
