INDIANAPOLIS - North Franklin Road is closed between East 33rd and East 34th Streets as Citizens Energy Group repairs a broken 12-inch-diameter cast iron water main.
Repairs on Franklin Road and on the previously reported water main break on College Avenue are expected to last through the evening. Both roads are anticipated to be open in time for the Thursday-morning commute.
