Southbound Keystone Ave. and Both Directions of 38th St. to Remain Open
INDIANAPOLIS – Beginning on Monday, November 29, northbound Keystone Ave. will close at 38th St. as Citizens Energy Group performs water utility relocations (see map). The closure is expected to last through Friday, December 3.
Northbound Keystone Ave. traffic will be detoured via 38th St. and Fall Creek Parkway. Westbound 38th St. will remain open with lane restrictions. Southbound Keystone Ave. and eastbound 38th St. will remain open with no lane restrictions.
