Work Will Take Place on Maryland St. and 86th St.
INDIANAPOLIS – Two upcoming sewer rehabilitation projects will result in lane restrictions on Maryland St. downtown and on 86th St. on the north side of Indianapolis.
Beginning on or after Monday, April 19, Citizens Energy Group will begin work on a sewer rehabilitation project that will result in lane closures and parking meter restrictions on Maryland St. between Illinois St. and Meridian St. The project is expected to last three weeks.
During the first week of the project, two lanes of Maryland St. will remain open at all times, and closed lanes will reopen at approximately 5:00 p.m. each day. During the second and third weeks, one lane will remain open at all times, and closed lanes will remain closed throughout the remainder of the project.

Beginning on or after Wednesday, April 21, Citizens will begin work on a sewer rehabilitation project that will result in a lane closure on 86th St. at the Monon Trail. The right westbound lane will be closed between Westfield Blvd. and Evergreen Ave. There also will be a short detour for the Monon Trail. The project is expected to last one week.
