INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Energy Group is continuing to repair the large water main that broke this morning at 96th Street and Gray Road. The water main is 14 feet deep, requiring additional excavation and repair time. The southbound lanes of Gray Road remain closed between Haven Point Boulevard and 96th Street. Service is expected to be restored to affected customers around midnight tonight.
