Penn Down to One Lane Between Ohio and Washington Streets
INDIANAPOLIS – Pennsylvania Street is down to one lane between Ohio and Washington Streets as Citizens Energy Group completes water system repairs. Lane restrictions are expected to be in place through the evening, including rush hour. An update will be sent out once lanes have reopened.
