Work Begins on Monday, February 21

INDIANAPOLIS – As Citizens Energy Group continues to invest in infrastructure, the following projects and associated lane and road closures will begin on Monday, February 21.

Water utility work on the north side will result in lane restrictions on several streets, including College Ave., E. 84th St., Broadway St., and Rosebay Dr. (see map). A flagger will alternate traffic on College Ave. as work is being completed. Lane restrictions will last approximately four weeks. Local access will remain open.

In addition, water utility work will result in the closure of eastbound 38th St. at Keystone Ave. (see map). In addition, southbound left turn movement from Keystone Ave. to eastbound 38th St. will be restricted, as will northbound right turn movement from Keystone Ave. to eastbound 38th St. One lane of northbound Keystone Ave. also will be restricted. The road closure will last approximately 12 days. Local access will remain open.

Commuters should exercise caution in work areas and follow all posted detour signage.
