Sewer Rehabilitation and Water Projects to Result in Road Closures and Lane Restrictions

Projects Begin on Monday, April 11

INDIANAPOLIS – As Citizens Energy Group continues to invest in its wastewater and water systems, upcoming work will result in road closures and lane restrictions on the southeast side of Indianapolis beginning on Monday, April 11. In all project areas, commuters should exercise caution and follow posted detour signage.

English Ave. and E. Pleasant Run Parkway N. Dr.
Sewer rehabilitation work will result in the closure of English Ave. between Lakewood Dr. and S. Sherman Dr. Additionally, E. Pleasant Run Parkway N. Dr. between English Ave. and S. Gale St. also will be closed (see map). Work will begin on Monday, April 11 and last for approximately two months. Local access will remain open.

E. Pleasant Run Parkway N. Dr.
Sewer rehabilitation work will result in the closure of E. Pleasant Run Parkway N. Dr. between Keystone Ave. and Prospect St. (see map). Work will begin on Monday, April 11 and last for approximately three months. Local access will remain open.

Prospect St. and Dequincy St.
Water system work will result in daytime (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) road closures of portions of Prospect St. between Southeastern Ave. and Dequincy St. Work will begin on Wednesday, April 13 and will last for approximately one month. Following the completion of the Prospect St. work, daytime lane restrictions will take place on portions of Dequincy St. between Prospect St. and Terrace Ave. (see map). That work also will last for approximately one month. Local access will remain open.
