Activate and Customize Your Account Notifications

Did you know that Citizens offers several alerts and notifications to help customers get the most current information about their utility service?

The My Account feature allows you to customize the billing and service information you receive and to choose whether it’s delivered via text, email or phone.

When you log into My Account, you’ll instantly see your current account status and recent bills. The dashboard, gives you instant access to your information - all available 24/7 and designed to be easily viewable on any device.

Simply click to make a payment or view statements. There’s also simple navigation to manage your account preferences and service orders. Sign up for and customize how you receive outage alerts, payment reminders and high consumption notifications.

My Account also enables you to:

  • Select alerts you want to receive regarding current balance, due date and payment posted.
  • Adjust “Do Not Disturb” settings for specific hours of the day and night.
