Citizens Energy Group’s Sales Team is here to serve you. Our mission is to develop professional relationships with our key customers, trade allies, and community organizations and provide excellent customer service.

Members of the sales team are assigned specific market segments and serve as the primary points of contact for our business customers.

- [Jeff Sinclair](mailto:jsinclair@citizensenergygroup.com) – Manager, Thermal Market Development, can help answer questions about steam and chilled water, as well as satellites/consecutive water systems.
- [Lane Dunagin](mailto:ldunagin@citizensenergygroup.com) – Industrial Sales Consultant, is a point of contact for our hospital customers and those using compressed natural gas (CNG).
- [Ryan Basore](mailto:rbasore@citizensenergygroup.com) – Commercial Sales Consultant, manages relationship with schools and commercial accounts.
- [Diane Ashlock](mailto:dashlock@citizensenergygroup.com) – Commercial Sales Consultant, works with our residential and multi-family markets.
- [Valorie Dalton](mailto:vdalton@citizensenergygroup.com) and [Shea Hayden](mailto:shayden@citizensenergygroup.com) – Key Account Coordinators, offer assistance with complex bill analysis and customer contract administration.
