Lanes Will Remain Closed While Repairs Are Completed
INDIANAPOLIS – A 12-inch cast iron water main break, along with the heavy rain event, has resulted in Citizens Energy Group closing the southbound lanes of Emerson Avenue between 19th Street and 21st Street. It is estimated that the southbound lanes of Emerson Avenue will remain closed for four hours.
