2020 October Goal Checks

October Goal Checks are for those who attended the 2020 health screenings in the spring and did not meet the screening criteria or did not complete the reasonable alternatives. These goal checks will be by appointment only. 

• UGS: October 21st 7 AM-11 AM in the Kitchen Area 
• Thermal: October 22nd 7 AM-10 AM in the Assembly Room 
• White River: October 26th 7 AM-11 AM in the Conference Room
