MyStrength

These days, it may seem like we all have a lot to worry about. Whether you are concerned about your own health, the well-being of your loved ones, financial stress, childcare needs, or changes in your routine, you may find yourself feeling anxious more often than hopeful.

If the coronavirus is your main concern, remember to limit the amount of television you are watching on the subject, keep your health practices regular and your social supports strong, and consult the CDC for evidence-based information.

These days more than ever, it's important to practice skills that will help you approach challenges with mindfulness. When you can live in the present rather than being swept up by negative thoughts about the future, you are better able to care for yourself and your community. Focusing on what you can do in the moment will also help you feel more positive and healthy.
