The program will shift the focus from Outcome-Based Criteria (BMI and nicotine status) to awarding you for Behavior-Based Activities, such as Primary Care Physician visits, Dental visits, Preventative Screenings, Vaccines, Online Webinars, Participating in Wellness Challenges and more!
Employees will continue to automatically receive the Citizens Energy Group Health Savings Account (HSA) Contribution(s) in 2023. Employees who wish to receive the 2024 Citizens Energy Group HSA Contribution(s), should attend a meeting listed below to learn how to earn Well Points throughout 2023.
