Managing Stress During COVID-19

Are you feeling stressed? Here are a few ways to help manage stress during these crazy times. 

Keep a Positive Attitude

Try finding the good in every situation. If you are struggling to stay positive, make a list of the things you are grateful for. 

Exercise

Exercise has been proven to help reduce stress and has a long list of benefits! 

Eat Healthy

Eat healthy well balanced meals. 

Sleep

Your body needs at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. Sleep is important for your body to recover. 

Make time for Yourself 

Make time to do things that make you happy. It is important to do your hobbies and things that interest you. 

Try Relaxing Techniques 

Meditation and yoga are great ways to relax and help reduce stress. 

Get Social 

Have a virtual call with a friend or family member. Facetime, Zoom, and Skype are great ways to stay connected while social distancing.
