2024 Well Points Program - Deadline January 24th

Employees who have not met the 1000 Well Points for 2024 and would like to earn the 2025 HSA Contribution are still eligible!

Please upload your relevant documents into the Wellness Portal by January 24, 2025 in order to receive the 2025 Health Savings Account (HSA) Company Contribution.  

  • Documents submitted must be for medical visits, eye exams, vaccinations, preventative screenings, and dental visits occurring in 2024.
  • Fitness Events or blood donation must have occurred in 2024.
  • Fitness Memberships must be for 2024.
