February is American Heart Month, a time to raise awareness about the risk for heart disease. My Life Check is an interactive online tool developed by the American Heart Association that helps people assess and track their heart health information and gain a better understanding of their risk of heart disease and stroke. 

When you register for My Life Check, you’ll be asked to enter a Company Code. Please enter AHA022.
