
Check out this tip from ATI for good seated posture:
- Adjust chair to properly fit you.
- Position top of monitor approximately at eye level.
- Sit at arms length from the monitor.
- Center monitor and keyboard in front of you.
- Arms/bent elbows should be relaxed and close to body.
- Avoid resting forearms against sharp/hard corners.
- Keep wrists flat and straight.
- Keep keyboard flat. Insert keyboard feet back into casing.
- If you have a keyboard tray, angle it at a negative tilt (down and away).
- Keep your mouse in close to avoid reaching.
- Maintain feet on floor or footrest.
- Rotate job tasks as able and stretch throughout the day.
