For more than 40 years, the American Water Works Association and its members have celebrated Drinking Water Week during the first full week of May to recognize the vital role water plays in our daily lives.
In celebration of Drinking Water Week, Citizens Energy Group is pleased to report there were no recorded violations in its 2018 Drinking Water Report, which is now available at CitizensEnergyGroup.com/WaterQuality. The report, required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, provides information on where water comes from and how it compares to current standards.
Preparing, finalizing and distributing the report each year is a collaborative effort between Water Operations, Environmental Stewardship, Corporate Affairs and Customer Relationships.
