DigIndy Art Project

Citizens held our inaugural DigIndy Art Project event last summer, and now it’s back for a second year!

Bring your friends and family (events are all ages) and join Citizens in July and August to learn more about the DigIndy Tunnel System and add your personal touch to paint-by-numbers designs that will eventually be displayed on manhole covers throughout the city of Indianapolis.

Citizens is excited to be partnering with Big Car Art + Design on these fun and exciting pieces of community art!

• Thursday, July 25: Lockerbie Night Market + Beer Garden, 6:00-9:00 p.m., Lockerbie Marketplace (320 N. New Jersey St.)
• Wednesday, August 14: Indiana State Fair, 11:00am-5:00pm, Big Car Placemaking Zone at the Indiana State Fairgrounds (1202 E. 38th St.)

The Art Project will also have a manhole cover for the community to paint at the Broad Ripple Art Walk on Thursday, July 18, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Indianapolis Art Center (820 E. 67th St.).
