2025 Well Points Program - Deadline January 10th

Employees who have not met the 1000 Well Points for 2025 and would like to earn the 2026 HSA Contribution are still eligible!

Please upload your relevant documents into the Wellness Portal by January 10, 2026 to be eligible to receive the 2026 Health Savings Account (HSA) Company Contribution.  

• Documents submitted must be for medical visits, eye exams, vaccinations, preventative screenings, and dental visits occurring in 2025.
• Fitness Events or blood donation must have occurred in 2025.
• Fitness Memberships must be for 2025.
