Do you have 1000 Well Points? If not, here are some ways to earn.

If you already have 1000 Well Points, CONGRATULATIONS! You can skip this article.
 
If have not yet reached 1000 Well Points, you have until December 31st, 2023, in order to be eligible to receive the 2024 HSA (Health Savings Account) Company contribution. Don't walk away from $1000 (for individuals) or $2000 (for families). 
 
Here are ways to earn 1000 Well Points by December 31st: 
  1. Upload documentation of medical and dental visits occurring between January 1 - December 31st, 2023.
    • Primary Care Physician - Preventative Visit (400 Well Points)
    • Preventative Dental Exams/Cleanings (100 Well Points each)
    • Annual Eye Exam (100 Well Points)
    • Preventative Screenings (100 Well Points)
       
  2. Participate in the MOVEmber Wellness Challenge for 100 Well Points.
     




  3. Participate in an Onsite Biometric Screening for 200 Well Points
    • ONLY for those who have NOT submitted a 400 Well Point PCP Visit
    • Schedule can be found HERE. 
       


  4. Complete Quarter 4 Webinars
    • Go to the Wellness Portal at verve.medikeeper.com
    • Scroll down to the Webinar Tiles (Mental Health or Wellness)
    • View the Videos 
       
  5. Participate in a Fitness Event like a 5k run/walk
