HEALTHY CITIZENS: Wellness Champions and Health Screenings

Wellness Champions

Congratulations, Mick McGauhey, on being named the August Wellness Champion! He had two nominations in recognition of changing his eating habits and incorporating more exercise into his daily routine. He has lost over 30 pounds!

Tracey Black was named the Wellness Champion for September. She has continued to motivate others in her department to improve their health by using wellness tracking apps, attending cooking demonstrations, and spreading the wealth of knowledge she has gained from her ongoing experience in the Weight Watchers program. Congratulations, Tracey!

October Health Screenings

If you participated in the spring health screenings and were given a goal, you must schedule your fall check-in appointment by October 15. Contact Sara Pickett at spickett@citizensenergygroup.com to register for one of the dates/times below. If you are not available on the day of your work location’s screening, please plan to attend a different location, or contact Sara to schedule an individual appointment. If you are going to be off work on all the below dates, please schedule an appointment with Sara before your time off begins.
