He had two nominations in recognition of changing his eating habits and incorporating more exercise into his daily routine. She has continued to motivate others in her department to improve their health by using wellness tracking apps, attending cooking demonstrations, and spreading the wealth of knowledge she has gained from her ongoing experience in the Weight Watchers program. Congratulations, Tracey! ** **       **October Health Screenings** If you participated in the spring health screenings and were given a goal, you must schedule your fall check-in appointment by October 15. If you are not available on the day of your work location’s screening, please plan to attend a different location, or contact Sara to schedule an individual appointment.
