Congratulations to the 21 individuals who retired from Citizens Energy Group in 2021!

Citizens Energy Group’s advertising campaign during fiscal year 2022 is focused on the “we’re all citizens” tagline and showcases our employees on the job, in the community, and at home. The objectives of the campaign are to reinforce our brand image, demonstrate our customer-first culture, and promote our community outreach and involvement.

Several employees recently participated in two events designed to help students explore the field of engineering.

You can slip when you lose your footing, you can trip when you catch your foot on or in something, and you fall when you come down suddenly. Spills, ice, snow, rain, loose mats, rugs, and stepladders are some of the common causes of slips, trips, and falls. In addition, poor lighting and clutter can cause injuries such as sprains, strains, bruises, bumps, fractures, scratches, and cuts.

As a strategic initiative under the Performance Excellence pillar, a recent project has improved the usability of Citizens Energy Group’s water outage map.

When she’s not answering phone calls from customers and coworkers as a Distribution Dispatcher, Danielle McVea is busy running her own business and empowering others to find jobs.

Several employees across the Trust have recently earned Yellow Belt, NEXT, and Just Do It certifications. We appreciate our employees' dedication to continuous improvement!
