Just Do It Projects

A Just Do It project is a great way to continuously improve something where the solution is immediately known. This doesn't mean it has to be quick or simple; the project just doesn't go through the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control process. Just Do It projects still can make a big impact on efficiency and savings. All completed Just Do It projects can be found on Quality’s CI Activities and Completed Projects page. Recently completed Just Do Its include the following:

  • Bill Price (Wastewater Collections) - FOG Data Automation
  • Michelle Dinkins (Information Technology) - Android Phone Reset
  • Chris Kennedy (Wastewater Plant Operations) - SCADA Trends for Solids Handling
  • Mark Powers (Wastewater Plant Operations) - Belmont Sampler Labels

Continuous Improvement Project Benefits

Have you recently completed a Continuous Improvement project resulting in measurable benefits (e.g., time, cost savings, or increased revenue)? If so, please contact a member of the Quality team to add the results of your project to the benefits dashboard.
