More than 100 employees volunteered their time in mid-January to help Citizens Energy Group and its partner companies refurbish Watkins Park Family Center as a part of the 14th Sharing the Dream project to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

In his 30-year career at Citizens, John Hopwood has held several different positions, but one of his favorite activities is the annual Sharing the Dream project, which he has been involved with since its inception in 2009.

Now in its 10th year, Citizens Energy Group’s Art of Conservation Poster Contest encourages Marion County and Westfield students in two categories – grades 3-5 and grades 6-8 – to use their creativity to illustrate how to conserve energy and water.
