Employees at the Belmont warehouse are seeing significant improvements after implementing four robotics process automations (RPAs) between August 2020 and February 2021.

The Internal Communications Effectiveness Survey was designed to assess and enhance our employee communication at Citizens Energy Group. The Employee Communications Team conducts the survey every other year.

Improving the thermal resistance of the frame can contribute to a window's overall energy efficiency, particularly its U-factor, which measures how well the window insulates. In general, the range for windows is from 0.20 to 1.20. The lower the U-factor, the better the window insulates. There are advantages and disadvantages to all types of frame materials, but vinyl, wood, fiberglass, and some composite materials provide greater thermal resistance than metal.

A new telecommunication system was activated in all Citizens-owned vehicles at the beginning of 2021. The project is expected to improve the company’s fleet-maintenance program.

Financial support from Citizens Energy Group helped a local non-profit provide educational resources for youth in 2020. Through Citizens’ support, The STEM Connection was able to pivot its traditional in-person learning to offer two new programs: STEM Quick Wins and STEM Family Kits.

On Saturday, March 6, the 5,000th tree in Citizens Energy Group’s 10 Thousand Trees initiative was planted at Haughville Park on the city’s west side.
