Later this month, Citizens’ leaders will help kick off diversity training entitled “Open Minds Transform Organizations.” This training has been customized with purposeful action items and tools that focus on management, culture, and corporate policies, practices, and procedures.
The three-part series is one of many tactical actions from the Strategic Plan for Diversity and Inclusion, which recently was updated by the Diversity and Inclusion Team. (Learn more about the updated plan in the November 2018 Engauge.) Leaders are asked to register for all three parts on the iTrust training calendar. All employees can look forward to having opportunities to participate in the training this summer.
