Employees who wish to receive the 2026 Health Savings Account (HSA) Company Contribution will need to participate in the new Healthy Citizens Well Points Program and earn points in 2025. As the conclusion of the 2025 Well Points Program draws near, please be aware of the following dates (based on employee-status) so you don’t miss out on a 2026 HSA Company Contribution.

NON-BARGAINING EMPLOYEES
- December 31, 2024: Program Ends
- January 24, 2025: Must have all documentation uploaded. (Documentation must be for dates between January 1 – December 31, 2024).
- January or February 2025: 50% of HSA Company Contribution for employees achieving 1000 Well Points in 2025 Program.
- January 2026: HSA Deposit for those with 1000 Well Points by December 15, 2025.
- February 2026: HSA deposit for those with 1000 Well Points achieved between December 16, 2025, and January 10, 2026.
- July 2026: Remaining 50% of HSA Company Contribution for employees achieving 1000 Well Points in 2025 Program.
- Employees must be actively employed at time of contribution to receive it.
BARGAINING EMPLOYEES
- December 31, 2025: Program Ends
- January 10, 2026: Must have all documentation uploaded. (Documentation must be for dates between January 1 – December 31, 2025).
- January or February 2026: 100% of HSA Company Contribution for employees achieving 1000 Well Points in 2024 Program.
- January 2026: HSA Deposit for those with 1000 Well Points by December 15, 2025.
- February 2026: HSA deposit for those with 1000 Well Points achieved between December 16, 2025, and January 10, 2026.
- Employees must be actively employed at time of contribution to receive it.
NEW EMPLOYEES HIRED IN 2025
- December 31, 2025: Program Ends
- January 10, 2025: Must have all documentation uploaded. (Documentation must be for dates between January 1 – December 31, 2025).
- Well Points Goal based on Hire Date
- January 1 – June 30, 2025: 1000 Well Points
- July 1 – December 31, 2025: 1000 Well Points with a 250 New Hire Well Points bonus

The 2026 Well Points Program will remain largely the same as 2025 with some tweaks to the Employee Well Points Program. The Employee and Spouse 2026 Well Points Program will open on January 1, 2026.
