How to Store Strawberries
- Try to keep your fresh strawberries as dry as possible.
- Refrigerate strawberries in their original package between 32° and 34°F.

Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup skim milk
- ¼ cup plain, Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- ⅓ cup chopped strawberries
- ⅓ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- Granola for garnish
Directions
- Place oats in a 12-ounce mason jar.
- Add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, strawberries, blueberries and chia seeds.
- Mix well and ensure oats are completely covered.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
