Congratulations to all the employees and departments for conducting Continuous Improvement activities throughout Fiscal Year 2020. A dozen areas achieved the highest recognition in the CLASS Levels of Quality and several employees have recently completed Yellow Belt, Advanced Yellow Belt, and Green Belt projects.

Due to COVID-19, areas will not be able to have group breakfasts or lunches to celebrate this accomplishment but will be given a certificate signed by President & CEO Jeffrey Harrison. Each area that was awarded six stars will also have a graphic they can display on their iTrust page.
Continuous Improvement is still moving forward – even remotely in some cases! The following employees completed training on the use of Continuous Improvement tools and documentation and completed a project to receive certification.
