We have an exciting career opportunity for an Enterprise Applications and Data Administrator III to join our team! Within the Information Technology area, this role acts as the primary resource for Microsoft, Enterprise Automation (UI Path) related applications, data and dashboards administration, coordination and support. Develops and maintains means and methods for automating Enterprise use-cases. Develops, maintains, and executes means and methods related to monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) through-out Information Technology areas. Troubleshoots requests escalated through the Support Center staff for business applications in a manner consistent with IT department policies and procedures. Coordinates troubleshooting and testing between end users and the vendors to identify, research, and provide solutions. Works closely with all other IT Department teams and consultants, coordinating the necessary resources and technology to support applications. This position is responsible for recommending and implementing configuration changes and tuning for installed applications to improve functionality and availability. This position is responsible for end user account process management, which may involve Support Center personnel and managing end user accounts. This position installs, upgrades, and patches applications where appropriate and provides end user assistance and training for service requests and questions. Application support will likely include providing support needs occurring outside of normal business hours, such as project work and incident resolution, sometimes with minimal notification.
