Support Center Tier III

We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Center Tier III Technician to join our team!  The primary responsibility of this position is to provide 3rd level support to the end-user community. Additionally, take a lead role in the department-related projects and application management. This position responds to, resolves second/third-level application support, and troubleshoots requests escalated through the Support Center staff in a manner consistent with IT department policies and procedures. The incumbent works closely with other IT Department teams in transitioning new systems or upgrades to the production environment.
