Mike Bartone, Director, Gas Supply, recently completed the Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence Fellows Program through Indiana University.
The one-year program helps participants enhance their leadership skills and explore different leadership styles in a variety of environments. Fellows receive one-on-one coaching and meet for 10 sessions of innovative, experiential programming. Tobias Fellows gain an understanding of how leadership elements vary in military, religious, sports, entertainment, government, education, and business environments.
Participants were formerly called Hoosier Fellows. Past participants from Citizens Energy Group include Paul Dicken, Jeffrey Harrison, Korlon Kilpatrick, Lauren Toppen, and Jodi Whitney.
