Citizens Energy Group celebrated Customer Service Week with a carnival and lunch Friday, October 11.
General Office employees were invited to lunch provided by Jug’s Catering. In the Contact Center, associates enjoyed carnival games.
“Customer Service Week is celebrated annually to recognize our employees’ commitment to our customers,” said Joel Gallagher, Manager, Contact Center. “It’s a way to thank them for the impact they have each day on customer satisfaction.”
Customer Service Week is the first full week in October around the world. This year’s theme, “The Magic of Service,” was displayed on posters throughout the Contact Center, and the Revenue Assurance, Quality, and Billing areas.
