H2O to Go is a mobile water source created through Citizens’ Partnership for Excellence in Research & Learning (PERL) to promote conservation and sustainability. Students from the University of Indianapolis worked with Citizens employees to research, design, and create the vehicle.   Citizens invited community leaders from areas of the city that are part of the Neighborhood Ambassador Program to Colts Training Camp on August 4.
