Citizens Energy Group’s H2O to Go water distribution vehicle provided cold water to hundreds of attendees at Colts Training Camp in late July and throughout August.
Most days, the water was self-serve; on three days of camp, Citizens volunteers handed out fans, cups, and bottles. Attendees consumed more than 15,000 cups of water from H2O to Go!
As the Colts Conservation Partner, Citizens was proud to bring H2O to Go to the team’s training camp. H2O to Go is a mobile water source created through Citizens’ Partnership for Excellence in Research & Learning (PERL) to promote conservation and sustainability. Students from the University of Indianapolis worked with Citizens employees to research, design, and create the vehicle.
Citizens invited community leaders from areas of the city that are part of the Neighborhood Ambassador Program to Colts Training Camp on August 4. Along with the festivities of Colts Camp, guests enjoyed networking with each other to learn more about the happenings in different Indianapolis neighborhoods.
