For example, applicants now have the ability to view, apply for, and bid on job openings using their mobile device (it is also available on desktop). In addition, hiring managers can use Citizens Careers to do the following: - Post vacancies at any time - Access a complete view of their requisition status - Utilize new screening capabilities to generate a qualified applicant pool - Complete the offer process To access Citizens Careers, [visit the iTrust homepage](https://citizensenergy.sharepoint.com/sites/iTrust) and click on the Citizens Careers icon. You can also access Citizens Careers by visiting [our website](https://www.citizensenergygroup.com) and selecting Our Company and Internal Career Portal Login.  You will find quick reference guides for both hiring managers and employees on iTrust and CSA. We encourage employees to visit the new internal career portal to update their talent profile and view current vacancies. As a reminder, recorded training sessions are available to hiring managers on CSA.  We hope you will take full advantage of Citizens Careers and all it has to offer.
