Citizens Loses a Valued Employee

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Shad Fox on May 11.

Shad worked for Citizens for almost eight years in several roles. He started his career
in the Residential Contact Center. In 2013, he joined Revenue Assurance as a Pool
Representative and later transitioned to Revenue Assurance Field Technician. Shad
has been a valued member of our team and will be greatly missed.
